1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged or altered after delivery.
3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for the return shipping and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted within 7 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
9. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 7% may be applied to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not in their original condition.
